These terms apply when you use frescog.in or order from Fresco, Group of Farmers. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders
An order is confirmed when we reply to it on WhatsApp with the final items, weight and amount. Until then it is a request, and we may decline it, for example if an item is out of stock or outside our delivery area.
Please give a correct name, phone number and address. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong details.
Prices
Prices follow each day's harvest and can change during the day. The price that applies is the one we confirm on WhatsApp for your order.
The online price shown alongside ours is what our team saw a similar pack sell for on a popular delivery app at the time stated. Those prices change often and are given for information only.
Products sold by weight are charged on the actual weight delivered.
Payment
Pay by UPI or cash on delivery. We do not collect card or bank details on this website.
Product information
We describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Pictures on the website are illustrations; actual produce varies in size, shape and colour, as fresh produce does.
Refunds, returns and delivery
These are covered by our Refunds and returns policy and our Delivery policy, which form part of these terms.
Use of the website
You may not copy the website's content or design for commercial use, try to disrupt it, or use it to send false orders.
Liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, without affecting your rights as a consumer.
