Delivery policy

We deliver our own harvest with our own team, so we keep our delivery area close enough to arrive fresh.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to Seethammadhara, Akkayyapalem, Asilmetta, Dwaraka Nagar, Maddilapalem, MVP Colony, Pedda Waltair, Siripuram, Lawson's Bay Colony, Kirlampudi Layout, Beach Road, Resapuvanipalem, Isukathota and Visalakshi Nagar in Visakhapatnam. For other areas, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you if we can reach you.
Delivery slots
Choose a slot at checkout: morning, 7 to 10 am and evening, 5 to 8 pm. Orders placed before 10 pm arrive in the next morning slot. Same-day delivery depends on what has been harvested and on availability; we confirm your slot on WhatsApp.
Charges
Delivery costs ₹30 per order and is free on orders of ₹499 or more. Prices shown on the website include applicable taxes.
If you are not home
Our delivery person will call you. If we can't reach you, we will try once more in the same slot and then bring the order back. Because the food is perishable, we may charge for items that can't be resold, such as cut fish.
Delays
Heavy rain, strikes or road closures can delay deliveries. We will message you if your order is running late and you can cancel it for a full refund if the new time doesn't suit you.
